Required agreements

I am the lot owner, or I am sending this with the owner’s permission. I will not start until the board approves this in writing. Before final approval I will stake the location of structures and driveways, and mark trees and shrubs outside that area that would be removed. Construction trash will not go in the community dumpster, and the work will not cross onto a neighbor’s lot without written permission. I have read the rules of architectural control.
