- All annual assessments must be paid in full before use of the pool.
- The pool is for residents of the community only. Guests are allowed only when a resident in good standing is with them.
- Giving another person your pool key will result in action against the resident.
- Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Entering the pool or pool area outside those hours is trespassing and can lead to arrest.
- Private parties are not permitted unless the Board of Directors gives written approval in advance. Use the party application.
- Owners who rent the property must file the rental application and name every occupant before those occupants use the pool.
- The association is not responsible for money or property lost by members or guests at the pool.
- An adult over 21 must supervise anyone under 15 at all times.
- Infants and toddlers who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. A violation can bring a fine, and the pool will be closed immediately.
- Food and drinks may be brought to the pool. All trash goes in the containers provided.
- No glass of any kind is permitted in the pool enclosure, including drink containers and masks with glass faces.
- No large rafts or flotation devices. Balls, toys, small baby floats, and noodles may be allowed depending on how many people are in the pool, and they must be removed when the person leaves.
- No animals other than service animals are allowed in the pool area during pool hours.
- No diving, and no flips from the side. No jumping off furniture, chairs, or tables.
- No running, pushing, dunking, rough play, or any conduct that endangers anyone.
- Approved life jackets may be worn in the pool.
- Report a violation to the board in writing, with the details of what happened. Pool management and the board will investigate and take the action they decide is needed.
- Littering, vandalism, or damage to the pool, pool area, or bathrooms can bring fines or assessments for the cost of repair, as set by the board.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
