- No parties and no outside guests. Only the people named on the approved application may use the pool.
- The owner applies. A tenant cannot apply alone, and a tenant cannot pick up a key before approval.
- Assessments on the property must be paid in full. If they are not, the application will be refused.
- Name every adult and every child who will live in the unit or use the pool. Anyone not named is not approved. “And family” or “and guests” is not accepted.
- Give the lease start and end dates. Pool access ends on the lease end date.
- If someone moves in or out, file a new application before the new person uses the pool. An old approval does not cover a new occupant.
- Keys are issued only to people named on the approved application. Copying a key, lending it, or leaving it for an unnamed person is a violation.
- The owner remains responsible for rule violations, damage, fines, and any assessment the board sets to repair the pool, pool area, or bathrooms.
- The board may refuse an application or revoke approval. Tenants follow the same pool rules as owners, including hours, glass, and supervision of anyone under 15.
