Pool party application · St. Martin's by the Bay

The party must stay inside pool hours, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The owner must be present the entire time. Guests may not be left at the pool.
Assessments must be paid in full. An owner who is not in good standing will not be approved.
No glass. Anyone under 15 must be supervised by an adult over 21. There is no lifeguard.
If the household is a rental, the rental application must already be approved, and the owner still has to file this request.
