The site does not have personal accounts. There are two shared passwords, and both are checked in the browser.
HOA member sign in opens hidden pages: the directory and the resident map. It does not open the editing tools. The browser remembers that sign-in on this device until you sign out.
Admin sign in is separate. It opens the editing tools for pages such as documents, news, meetings, and forms. Admin can also see the hidden pages. Edits made in admin are saved in this browser. Sign out of admin from the bar under the menu when you are finished.
Hidden pages
The directory lists household names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contacts from association records. The resident map places those households on a satellite map. Both stay closed until an HOA member or an admin signs in. Write to the board if a listing should be corrected or taken down.
Email you send
Contact, mailing list, photo, pool, slip, boat lot, event RSVP, and other forms open a message in your own email program, addressed to the association. The board receives what you choose to send. This browser also keeps a copy of the fields you typed, so an admin signed in on this same device can review the submission. That copy stays on this device. Do not include information you do not want the board to have.
Information already on the site
Public pages can show names and other details the association has already published, including board members, minutes, news, and slip charts. Those pages are for neighbors.
What your browser keeps
The home page may remember the last opening photograph on your own device so the slideshow does not start on the same picture every time. That note stays in your browser. It is not sent to the association.
A household you add from the directory form is saved in this browser with the other directory listings. Remove it from the card when you no longer want it on this device.
Maps, fonts, and icons
The resident map loads satellite pictures from Esri. Opening that map sends the ordinary map request to Esri. The site loads its type from Google Fonts and its icons from a public icon service. Those services receive the ordinary request your browser makes when a page opens.

Links to the State of Maryland, Worcester County, and other sites leave this website. Those sites have their own privacy practices. The association does not sell personal information, and it does not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
