2026 season

Boat slips

Slips are reserved for homeowners who paid in full last season and are current on HOA fees. Those slips are held for the previous resident renters until March 10.

Through March 10

Homeowners are placed ahead of nonresidents.
Full payment is due no later than March 10.
No one may occupy a slip until payment has been received.
A homeowner may not rent a slip for a friend to use.

After March 10

Empty slips may be rented to qualified renters and nonresidents. Waiting-list order follows how many years a nonresident has rented here. A new applicant can be moved down the list before March 10 if another homeowner requests a slip.

Submit a new application Each season needs its own form. Open the slip application.

Send the boat papers Include a copy of the title and current insurance.

Pay by March 10 The check must arrive by March 10. A March 10 postmark is late.

On the dock

Dock rules

A boat that is damaging the dock may be removed, and the slip fee is not refunded.
If you see a boat doing damage, lend a hand or tell the board.
Paperwork and full payment must be in before a boat enters a slip.
No crabbing in the boat slips.
Children stay off the dock unless a parent is with them.
Do not drive on the grass when it is soft.
Do not park a car or truck at the ramp unless you are launching a small boat or unloading heavy gear.

These rules are firm because the people managing the dock are responsible for the damage. Thank you for reading them. We hope you have a good season on the bay.
