Re: Water and Pool
 
Now that summer is here we need to be mindful of a few things for the safety and well-being of our community:
 

1. Water – As you are well aware, our water supply infrastructure is very old.  Although we are working to replace it, that ia at least a year or more away.   In the meantime summer activities such as power washing for long periods of time is affecting our water pressure and supply. In the interest of conservation, we are asking that you be mindful and limit your daily excess water usage. Rather than powerwash all day, do it over several days. This will ensure our water supply will continue to serve us until it is replaced.

 

1. Pool –  The HOA right of way across the lawn from Nova Court to the swimming pool will be temporarily marked with red flags so that all may know the correct place to cross the lawn and not be trespassing on private property.
