Subject: St. Martins by the Bay – 2025 Boat Slip Reservations & Payment Deadline
Dear Slip Holders,
As we prepare for the 2025 boating season, we want to remind everyone that April 10th is the absolute deadline for slip reservations and payments. If you wish to secure a slip for this season, please ensure that your full payment is received by this date.
Important Details:

• Slip Priority: Homeowners who rented last season and are up to date on HOA fees will have their slips reserved until April 10th.
• Homeowner Preference: Private homeowners will be placed in slips ahead of non-residents until April 10th.
• Empty Slips After April 10th: Any unpaid or unclaimed slips will become available to qualified renters and non-residents.
• No Slip Occupancy Until Payment is Received.

Payment Options:

• Drop-off: Deposit checks into the drop box at the mailbox clusters on the corner of Riverview Drive and Marina Drive. If the box is not mounted yet, use the box attached to the garage of the grey house at 11750 Riverview Dr.
• Mailing Address: Checks can also be mailed to:

If you are a resident who has not had a slip before but would like one this season, please contact Craig ASAP to be placed on the list.
