BOAT SLIP: REMINDER
Boating season is almost here and the dock is at capacity,
Boat slips have been reserved for home owners that paid in full last season and are up to date on HOA fees.
Slips will be reserved for these previous resident renters until April 10th.

2023 resident costs $900
2023 resident (END SLIP) costs $750
2023 non-resident costs $1100
2023 non-resident (END SLIP) costs $1000
Payments must be received before entering the slip.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due no later than April 10th
After April 10th.
Empty slips will be
available for rent to qualified nonresidents.
Mail payments to:
(CHECKS NOT RECEIVED BY APRIL 10th WILL BE PUT ON WAITING LIST)
You may mail check to the P.O. box if you think it will be delivered before the April 10th deadline.

Renters will not be allowed to enter slips until full payment is received and all
necessary documents are provided. The renter will be contacted with a slip assignment if approved. Community members must be in good standing with HOA dues to obtain slip assignments. *****Renters must have current boat insurance and current registration

Parking is provided in the area behind the tennis courts.
No parking is permitted on the reserve septic field
$50 per year per boat

- All boats that are damaging the dock may be evicted without a refund.
- If you see boats doing damage, please give a helping hand or let the board know so we can remedy the problem.
- All information and full payment must be received before boats can enter slips for the season.
- Please - No Crabbing in boat slips
- Please - No children on the dock without parental supervision
- DO NOT DRIVE ON GRASS WHEN SOFT
- NO PARKING CARS OR TRUCKS AT THE RAMP UNLESS ACTIVELY DELIVERING HEAVY GEAR OR LAUNCHING SMALL BOATS
- NO PARKING CARS OR TRUCKS ON GRASS FIELD UNLESS UNLOADING
