Minutes of 2/10/24 Annual meeting were approved on 2/12/24 and posted to the website.

Announcements

Purpose of this meeting is to elect officers for the 2024-25 year, discuss and establish dock fees, and decide if we will prohibit all motorized vehicles in the HOA wildlife area. TREASURER’S REPORT: Keith Miller 2024-25 Budget will be approved on March 2, 2024, and bills for dues will be mailed afterward,

• Boat Dock Fund: $18,210.00
• HOA Savings: $33,863.00 (This fund will shortly be converted into a money market

fund.)

• Reserve Study: No report yet.
• Community Guidelines will be mailed along with the annual dues invoice.

Payment of 2023 Annual Dues: Two owners have not paid completely. A Board member will intervene on both. Six owners have not paid the special assessment for sewer repair. Boat Dock Fees

We have a total of 18 slips of different types. Repair work on the slips is greatly needed and in progress. Owner Fees 2024: End slip: $1050 Regular slip: $1200 Jet Ski: $600 Non-Owner Fees 2024: End slip: $1400 Regular Slip: $1500 Jet Ski: $700 Invoices for slip fees are sent separately from Annual dues. Wildlife Area Restrictions

After much discussion the Board decided that gas powered, motorized vehicles (motorcycles, dirtbikes) will be prohibited on all HOA property. This includes the driving of dirt bikes, motorcycles, cars or trucks on the drainage field and the wildlife area. Those vehicles going to the burnpile, swimming pool, boat storage area, or dumpsters are excluded. Likewise, no motorized vehicles of any type are permitted on the private property of the walking trails. COUNTY WATER PROJECT - Bill reports our connection to County water is in very slow progress. LAWNCARE - Janie Stopford, Betty Young has suggested Rivero Sanchez for a lawn mowing bid. Janie will contact him.
