ST Martins by the Bay Home Owners Association Quasi Board Meeting Minutes June 7, 2018 at the Pool at 7 pm
Member Present: Bill Killinger Because we did not have a quorum for the Board of Directors, we did not have a meeting, but instead, casual conversation. Because of work and because he did not feel he had anything to offer the HOA, Joe Pino resigned his directorship. Jack reported that he had been working on getting fair estimates for improving the warehouse and that the back wash for the pool was fixed and draining. Jack asked Janie to write a letter to Steve Thumma thanking him for past services and informing him we would not be needing his services in the future. Janie reported the process of obtaining County water was moving forward; a written proposal is expected in August. Janie was concerned that the pool rules were not approved by the Board, the first one was inaccurate and the hours of operation were too short. Next meeting dates: August 11 and October 20 at 10 am in the library.
