from July 18 meeting, motion to approve by Buddy, seconded by Mike, All in Favor. Treasurer’s Report:

Mike presented the treasurers report, current balance of checking account is $30,175.85. Reviewed budget tracking sheet, currently on track with most budget items except water.

Dock account balance is $25,588.39.

BB and T loan balance $11,990.08.

Motion to approve by Buddy, seconded by Craig All in favor. Pool Fence Update:

Waiting on permits from the State.

Once we have the permit, Buddy will pull the county permit and give the contractor the go ahead to get started. Pool Update:

Get furniture in this weekend, schedule atlantic plumbing to winterize.

New pump may be needed next year. Pipe damage: Still continuing efforts to collect balances due from the water line repairs from fire trucks at the Waters home.

Betty Young has requested a letter for insurance company stating the repairs should be paid for by the home owner’s. Boat Storage area: need to continue clean boat parking area. We will work on this Sunday 10/11.
