April 18 meeting, motion to approve by Buddy, seconded by Mike, All in Favor. Treasurer’s Report:

Mike presented the treasurers report, current balance of checking account is $47,535.81. Reviewed budget tracking sheet, currently under budget on pool care, Tennis courts, and legal.

Lawn care and Electric are tracking to end up slightly over budget.

Other items are in good shape.

Boat dock balance is $29,573. Rented 14 of 16 slips this season. Pool Fence Bids review:

We received three bids for repairs/replacing the pool fence.

The quotes were to include all new fence aluminum fencing around the entire pool area with new entrance gate.

Minimum of 72” high.

Bids were submitted by Anderson Fence Company: $14,250 quote attached ES vinyl products: $ 9,960 quote attached Arcadian Fence Co: $ 11,300 quote needed The bids were reviewed and discussed.

Arcadians proposal was found to be the most detailed and complete for the needs of the community.

All bids were shared and discussed with the community members at the meeting.

Joleen and Bill Killinger expressed there concern and disagriance with the fence.

Dave Czorapinski and other community members at the meeting agreed that Arcadian was the best proposal.

Motion was made to proceed with Arcadian Fence comp. to ensure all permits were obtained and schedule to install new fence not to exceed $11,300 by Mike Shutt.

Seconded by Craig Constantino. All in Favor. Pool Update: Discussed the need for missing depth markers, contacted Premier pool to have new markers installed and confirm proper inspection was completed 3 times daily. Boat Storage area: Dumpsters are still on a weekly schedule, we’ll be changing to twice a week pick up in May.

Mike will send an email blast regarding dumpsters and the what should be done with large items. Boat Dock update: Boat dock is in fair shape, additional floats that were approved previously will be installed during off season.
