Mike presented the treasurers report, all dues have been mailed out and we’ve received several payments already.

Approx $27,000 has been paid.

current balance is $27,244.

Boat dock balance is $22,923.

The additional costs that were billed to the community in result of the fire for plumbing repair were added to the community dues for the Young and Waters properties.

They are submitting to their insurance and/or the board will be addressing with legal counsel. Buddy made a motion accept treasurers report, seconded by Mike, All in favor Survey update: Discussed possible need to have parcel Q and/or wetlands surveyed. Have two bids on from Lynch and Hammond Surveying.

Hammond Surveying quote is $1925. Decided to meet with Stopford and table any decision on survey until after meeting with Jeff. Lawn Care:

Reviewed bids from the Yard Guy and Dylans Lawn Care, bids were very similar. Approx $325 per cut.

Yard Guy was awarded the 2015 yard care. Pool Update: First payment has been made to Premier, discussed possible needs for 2015, pump may need replaced.

We’ll be scheduling a May weekend to get furniture ready and clean bathrooms.

We’ll be scheduling to meet with a fence company for quotes on repair/replacement. Pump House: Floor drain was cleaned by Roto Rotor however the 3” drain has a blockage just outside the concrete walls.

We’ll have a plumber with a camera to investigate/dig up. Boat Storage area: Dumpsters are still on a weekly schedule, we’ll be changing to twice a week pick up in May.

Mike will send an email blast regarding dumpsters and the what should be done with large items. Boat Dock update: Boat dock needs repairs to finger piers, Mark Nicole with be providing repairs/estimates next week.

Joleen and Buddy requested the board look into BB guns being used in the community and damage to Buddy’s boat.
