Meeting Minutes: Saturday, December 13, 2014,
. Treasurer’s Report: Mike presented the treasurers report, current balance is $24,454.25, currently surplus in the pool account, we’re moving $2500 from pool to water account and $700 from lawn care to water account to assist with atlantic plumbing to prevent using reserves. Received money for Mitchell property in the amount of $1598.44. Dock account current balance $23,148.11. Craig made a motion accept treasurers report, seconded by Buddy, All in favor Insurance update: Expanded umbrella coverage over current liability to cover directors and officers policy. Motion to approve by Mike, seconded by Craig, All in Favor. Reviewed commercial property ins coverage for pump house, garage and gazebo. Tabled to next meeting so we can gather more details from Reese Cropper. Pumphouse update: Repairs to pumphouse have been completed including electric work. Will paint exterior door in spring. Emergency key lock has been an issue, Craig will check out. Water repair: Received bill from Atlantic Plumbing for Waters and Young properties. Damages due to fire trucks. Homeowners/Insurance has not paid yet. Buddy made a motion to pay the plumbing bills and contact attorney regarding collection advise. Seconded by Mike, All in Favor. Paid Atlantic plumbing bill in the amount of $ 8071.26 and added charges to Young/Waters properties and will meet with attorney for legal advise. Boat Storage area: No update on Pohland, will contact again regarding moving the boat and/or obtaining title so we can move. Boat Dock update: Was winterized by Craig, Justin and Mike. Slips available for 2015 Community land: Justin will contact Lynch Surveying to obtain prices for land survey and marking community property. AOB: Joleen requested the board to review bylaws regarding boats on property and would like to see it defined. Joleen is in favor of boats being allowed on properties. Motion to adjourn made by Craig, seconded by Mike All in favor at 11:26
