Call to order by Justin at 6:20pm.

Meeting

from the May 21st meeting were read, amended and accepted.

were also approved.

Justin proposed approval, Mike seconded.

All in favor. Treasurer’s Report:

Mike Shutt presented the 2014 Budget Proposal Current Status and yearly check ledger.

Mike was questioned on outstanding

Hoa

dues as well as the status of the boat dock.

He responded that as of today, seven homeowners were delinquent in this year’s dues. The boat dock account has one person with an outstanding balance.

Mike proposed approval of report, Justin seconded and Buddy approved. Oliver objected. Pool Update:

Joleen mentioned that on three different occasions this summer there were bottles or broken glass within the pool area.

There are now signs on the door to the pool that no glass is allowed in the pool area.

With regards to the current

Oliver mentioned that it did not seem as clean as when Robin maintained the pool/bathrooms. Pool Pump House/Pool Doors :

Pool doors have been installed on the bathrooms and pump room.

Thanks to the donation of a homeowner.

Great job by Justin! Pump House Update:

Justin said that this project has not yet started due to the contractor’s schedule and that the hope was to have it done by September. Boat Storage Lot Issues:

Oliver began by asking why and on what authority his boat was moved.

No one on the board claimed any knowledge of it.

Buddy agreed that we cannot be moving other people’s property.

In discussing the abandoned boats currently in the storage area, it came out that there are boats left there by former homeowners such as Craig Pohland. Ollie asked Mike why Pohland’s boat is still there and if Pohland was being charged yearly storage fees.

Mike agreed to contact Pohland and address his boat.

It was mentioned that three hornet’s nests have been sighted under one of the pool tables as well as under the eve of the roof of the pool house.

Justin will look into the issue to resolve. Motion to close at 7:15pm by Justin.
