Motion to Approve Buddy 2nd by Mike all approved Treasurer’s Report:

Mike Shutt Current Status $57,221.02 in checking, $36.064 in reserves, All budge item were reviewed, Pool Budget discusses due to utilizing an outside contractor this year. Mike reports we will need to keep an eye on it. Contractors agreement was amended so that all repairs must be discussed with a board member before they can go forward giving us the opportunity to make repairs and maintain our budget control. Dock was reviewed, 7 dues have been collected current balance was $26,301. Buddy made motin to approve Russell 2nd, all approved. Pool Update, Doors,

Preimere Pool will open and

at the Pool this year, it is set to Open Saturday Memorial Day Weekend. No major repair work was required. We are looking to meet with contractors and get a Pool Fence Bid so we have an idea of the cost, we would like to replace the fence in 2014 or 2015. More to come next meeting. Thanks to the volunteers that helped us get the pool open and running. We have new locks for the pool and have rec’d a bid for replacing the doors at the pool $1300.00 this will be discussed at the next meeting. Pumphouse Stucco:

Bids are being solicited for stucco work on the pumphouse.

We plan to accept a bid for this at the next meeting Trash Pick-­‐Up:

Twice a week pick-­‐ups have been approved by the Board for the summer months.

We would respect that construction debris not be put into the dumpsters as they are for the use of household trash by community homeowners only. Mr Pokrywka’s house plans have been reviewed by Ollie, and Russell and the Board, They were approved, as long as all State and local requirements& permits are met and acquired. Justin will notify Mr Pokrywka. Mr Turner discussed concerns about the stone and rear appearance behind unit 10 on Riverview. Board discussed the landscape stone and canoe’s and deemed them reasonable. They also discussed Mattresses set out behind unit 8

by occupants at unit 10. Mike Shutt will discuss with homeowner and resolve. They also discussed the tenants dogs running free and the unattended dog mess left behind. Mike will address this with Mr Sapia the homeowner as well. Dock

We Rec’d one Bid to repair dock, the board walked to the dock to discuss scope of work, and current bid of $2,000. After reviewing Mike suggested we ask Steve to come down and meet with us. Steve Thurma came down and reviewed the work to be done and reported it could be fixed for under $1,000. The Board gave the approval to him to make the repairs to the ramp and finger piers. Bay Berry bushes were purchased by Bob Turner to be planted in replacement for the scrub pines we took down last fall near the Boat ramp. We will repay Bob for the purchase of the plants. Bob has agreed to plant them for us. Thank Mr. Turner. Bob Turner also asked for the purchase of landscape timbers to replace the timbers around the sign at the entrance to St Martins Parkway. Mike and Buddy will pick them up. Next meeting:
