Mike Shutt presented the 2014 Budget Proposal Current Status and yearly check ledger.

Treasurer’s report was motioned to approve by Buddy and Seconded by Craig. 2014 budget/dues were presented.

Discussed upcoming necessary repairs, still waiting on bids for repair. Pool Update:

we are currently requesting for bids Survey Response and Discussion: Justin discussed results from home owner survey regarding warehouse, pool access and guests to pool. Question 1:

Warehouse at pool: 70 % of community felt the warehouse should be used for storage. Question 2: Pool lock: 40 % of community felt there is no problem, 60 % would like to see a new lock installed (30 % Do not duplicate/ 30 % just new lock) Question 3: Guest Access: 80 % of the community felt a guest staying with a home owner or given permission by the home owner should be allowed to use the pool facility (20 % felt anyone with homeowners permission/ 60% felt they should be staying with the homeowner) 20 % felt a homeowner needs to be present with guest at pool. Boat Dock Update/Repairs:

Repairs to the ramp for pool are required, board discussed and approved to have MJ Contracting assess the ramp.

Board authorized repairs upto $1000 and will revisit if repairs exceed $1000.

New forms for boat slip rentals were reviewed and approved for 2014 season.
