St. Martin’s by the Bay Homeowners Association Board of Directors’ Meeting DRAFT MINUTES Saturday, January 8, 2011 10:00 a.m. DIRECTORS PRESENT: Oliver Walsh, Chair, Mike Shutt, Treasurer, Joe Connors, Betty Young, , Craig Pohland, Craig Constantino, Patty Dukes. CALL TO ORDER: Chair, Ollie Walsh called the meeting to Order at 10:06 a.m. MINUTES: The minutes from the previous meeting were approved by the Board and directed Craig Constantino to post them with redactions to protect personal information. TREASURER’S REPORT: Mike Shutt gave the Treasurer’s Report and noted that the checking account balance is $3,359 and there is $7,189 in accounts receivable. The savings account shows a balance of $25,501. The Board approved the cost of $300 for signage for the community. Mr. Shutt informed the Board of the problems with the pump house and the Board members decided that each of them will personally tour the pump house to be acquainted with the functioning of the system. Betty Young moved to accept Treasurer’s Report which was seconded by Craig Pohland and passed. POOL: The Board discussed the bill received from John for pool opening and closing for the prior year. The Board discussed the solicitation of bids for the pool operator for the coming year. IMPROVEMENTS: The Board discussed the requests of homeowners for work done on their property and also the need to discuss the procedure with homeowners who undertake repairs/improvements without obtaining the approval of the association. ANNUAL MEETING: The Board set the agenda and date for the annual meeting at February 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 12:07 p.m.
