St. Martin’s by the Bay Homeowners Association Board of Directors’ Meeting DRAFT MINUTES Saturday, December 4th, 2010 4:00p.m. DIRECTORS PRESENT: Oliver Walsh, Chair, Mike Shutt, Treasurer, Russell Luzier, Joe Connors, Betty Young, , Craig Pohland, Craig Constantino. CALL TO ORDER: Chair, Ollie Walsh called the meeting to Order at 4:10 p.m. TREASURER’S REPORT: Mike Shutt gave the Treasurer’s Report. Mike reported that the community has several people who are excessively late with dues. We will send letters out to the following delinquent owners: DELIQUENT DUES: (Boat Storage) $200 (Boat Storage) $200 (Past Dues) $1571.41 (Past Dues) $1156.74 (Past Dues) $1313.81 ENTRANCE SIGNS: Betty Young made a motion to pay Jim Peddicord $300 for new entrance and street signs (3 signs done at No Charge) Oliver seconded and motion passed. Betty Young moved to accept Treasurer’s Report which was seconded by Craig Pohland and passed. INVOICE REIMBURSEMENT: Betty Young made a motion to invoice Joyce Timmons $143.50 for invoice paid to Frank Lynch for retrieval of archived information and plats. Mrs. Timmons refused to turn over keys to security box at BB&T. Motion seconded by Joe Connors and passed. WEBSITE: Craig Constantino has put website back up and is continuing to update with new information. GAZEBO PROJECT: C. L. Pohland Inc. has completed Re-roof of Gazebo. Fascia boards were painted and dock boards re-sealed. C. L. Pohland has completed contract agreement for project. SEPTIC FENCING: C. L. Pohland Inc. has completed fencing project at the septic field. 280’ of fencing was installed to protect septic field. C. L. Pohland Inc. also cleared and replaced 4 vent pipes on septic system. TREE REMOVAL: Craig Constantino made a motion to remove dead pine tree in front of his house on Association property. Russell Luzier seconded motion and motion passed. Joe Connors made a motion to have C. L. Pohland Inc. remove two dead trees behind Pat Morrison’s house. Trees are in danger of falling on residents homes. Mike Shutt second motion and motion passed. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
