St. Martin’s by the Bay Homeowners Association Emergency Board of Directors’ Meeting Wednesday July 21, 2010 7:30 p.m. DIRECTORS PRESENT: Oliver Walsh, Chair, Mike Shutt, Treasurer, Patty Dukes, Craig Pohland, Craig Constantino. CALL TO ORDER: Chair, Ollie Walsh called the meeting to Order at 7:30 p.m. NATURE OF MEETING: Due to the emergency nature of the meeting, Chair Ollie Walsh informed the homeowners present about the resignation of the pool operator due to interference from homeowners and general harassing behavior throughout the community. Craig Constantino reported that a homeowner contacted him on the way to the meeting informing him of some threats made by another homeowner against Brandon’s children for alleged vandalism of trespassing signs. The Board and community members present articulated the need to stop this behavior in the community at once. Mr. Walsh directed that the recent abusive email exchange concerning the pool’s operation be appended to these minutes. POOL OPERATION: Ollie Walsh interviewed Robin Shutt about her decision to resign as pool operator. After much discussion Ms. Shutt’s resignation was accepted. The Board discussed options concerning pool operation for the remainder of the season. Barbie Pracko offered to temporarily assume the duties of pool operator and that this will take effect immediately. The Board so moved, Craig Pohland seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
