Minutes - July 11, 2009

Meeting Called to order by Ollie Walsh, 2nd by Betty Young. Koubek. Minutes were read by Joyce and approved. Treasurer’s Report by Mike predicts a balance of $8,000 at year end. Going over budget Sharp Water is running a little over the previous year, with new contract will be a ninety day time frame to cancel. Trash pick up once a week, lawn care running on budget so is the pool. Bank loan ok, tennis court ok, dock ok with one payment outstanding and approx $2000. needed to complete dock repair. Total collected $10,990. and Baramhi will be paid his share this year. Legal budget is running OVER. Liability insurance for the dock has been obtained at $800.00 per year. A/C rec’ables is $24,296.. All figures can be seen on spread sheet hand out. Koubek ask that trees be removed from island at t’house B, estimate to be obtained, also that vents be replaced in the sewer lines. Ollie states that we can not go on reserve until land has conveyed to Association. Motion to tar and chip t’house B parking after removal of trees. On to Legal up date: King advised that Baramhi had signed documents for conveyance of land turned out to be false. Anymore legal cost will be deducted from Baramhi’s share of dock revenue, according to King, per Ollie, this is legal. It was suggested that letter be sent by King to Baramhi’s attorney, Betty made motion to return to court if after letter is sent action is not taken by Baramhi by August meeting. This was approved by 3 – 2 vote. Mr. Connors and Joyce voted against. It was decided to continue with Sharp Water monitoring the water plant. Also, proof of boat storage charge to be brought to August meeting. These charges have already been established at earlier meeting.
