St. Martins By the Bay Board Meeting January 3, 2009 The meeting was called to order by Oliver Walsh at 10:09 AM. of $13065. AlInegative balance accounts were satisfied except for Septic A which he amount of dues still outstanding is $7500. Two leins have been filled ar arning letters sent to others. Lein fees are $40 per lein. A vote was taken to budge A heater in the pump house will need to be replaced at the cost of approximately $500. Jolene asked for a summarization of the treasurer's report and Mike will look into the possibility. A mainline water break was noted and reference was made that money may need to be budgeted for future repairs. Craig Pollen is still considering dates for brush burning and tree removal. Weather is a factor. Mike will headup the cleanup of two trees felled by the last windstorm. We are still in the final stages of the land transfer. Patty Cleary was awarded $11,000 or water damages which will be covered by our insurance. Ollie was disturbed that our lawyer did not consult with the board Thanks goes out to Bill Killinger for contacting the county and getting pot holes in the community filled at no cost. Assessment money for tennis court repairs is being held in reserve for Spring Bids for dock repair have been received and Craig Constantino will present that information at the next meeting. The date for the annual meeting was set for February 21, 2009 and notices will be sent to all owners. The meeting was adjourned at 10:45AM. Submitted by Nancy Wright
