St Martin’s Martins By The Bay Board Meeting December 6, 2008 Meeting was called to order by Ollie @ 10:10 AM. Joyce read minutes of last meeting, approved by Joe 2nd by Nancy. Mike Treasurer’s report: Current a/c receivables is $7623.. with five Owners still delinquent with part or all of ’08 HOA dues. There was a discussion of a solution to the outstanding charges. He then went on to state that funds have to be reimbursed to the regular checking account from the reserve funds. The septic A account is completely depleted and Mike suggested considering an adjustment with the next budget. Thirty Owners have paid the $52.00 assessment for the tennis court repair. Joyce suggested that an account be set up for the tennis court fund. Outstanding a/c payables other than regular monthly charges is a $2000.00 bill to King, the attorney. There was a discussion of dumpters being filled with yard trash thus hindering available dumpters for household trash. Again, the black trailer at Nancy Poret’s was discussed. Her e-mail in October to Ollie stated that she would start looking for a place to store the trailer when they are finished with the moving; hoping by the end of the month (October). Jolene questioned the status of the water permit from MDE. Is it time to submit application to renew. Ollie assured her that we are in a current time frame. Ollie understands that deeds for transfer of common area parcels are on Kelly Henry’s desk waiting for signature. Ollie made a motion to adjourn meeting and was 2nd by Nancy.
