St Martin’s By The Bay Board Meeting – June 7, 2008 Ocean Pines Library Meeting was called to order by Mike Shutt at 10:05 AM. Minutes were read by Joyce and approved. Mike gave Treasurer’s report. Recent expenditures of septic system at T’house B, Water repairs in the amount of $12,500, pool power washed and painted and currently over on lawn maintenance. Pool will need extensive work for the 2009 season, and the pool house is in dire need of repair now. Tennis court will be included as a budget item in next year’s budget. Current outstanding HOA dues total $19,679. Craig C. gave up-date on Boat Dock. Still two shallow slips and one still open. Of the sixteen slips all are paid except three: total revenue $15,117.. Mike stated that Ollie is to address the walk-thru issues. Barahmi is still stalling on the survey bill and his attorney said check is in the mail. Boat dock purchase to be addressed at next meeting. Joyce commented on the violation of the By Laws in reference to boats in yards. David and Debbie furnished the name of Dave Synder who recently repaired their roof from a recent storm. He may give estimate on the pool house roof. Joyce agreed to get estimate for black top of drive way at t’house B and also to reseal the tennis court. Joleen had questions for the Board. 1. Status of water leak on Marina Drive flowing into septic. 2. What has been done. Both Killingers feel there is a heavy flow. 3. Status of meters for water usage at each home. Next was discussion for trees in buffer zone behind David and Debbie’s home, gift for Dick Turner’s endless work for the community. There was not a quorum of Board Members therefore no vote could be taken on any issues at this meeting. Motion to adjourn meeting by Joyce and 2nd by both Mike and Craig.
