St Martin’s By The Bay Board Meeting 11/04/06 Meeting was called to order by Oliver Walsh; seconded by Mike Shutt. Minutes were read by Joyce and approved with the exception that Joleen Killinger is not taking the pool certification course to act as attendant for pool at St Martin’s By The Bay. This was relayed to us by Bill Killinger. Treasurer report was approved. Current bill payable is electric. Bill for Chesapeake Bay Restoration from the County was brought up by Mike. Bill agreed to assist Mike to learn how county has charged for this. Each individual owner or as a total of all Owners in one payment. This should be resolved before our new budget is finalized. Baramhi up date: Action is at a stand still, waiting for response from Baramhi. Boat Storage: Mike made motion and 2nd by Ollie for Craig to design decal for boats, post on Web the 28 boats/trailers for Owners to ID or risk being towed in 30 days. For boats on Baramhi property this message has been verbally approved by Dr. Baramhi. Craig Costantino ask if 2 X 4 in front area of Townhouse B could be removed. Motion was made by Joe Connors that 2 X 4 be removed, 2nd by several Board Members. Due to Oliver Walsh absents and approaching holidays December meeting was agreed by all Board Members to be cancelled. Meeting was adjourned. Next meeting January 6, 2007 @ Ollie’s home.
