St Martins By The Bay Board Meeting 9/02/06 Meeting was called to order by Ollie Walsh. Attending was: Patty Cleary, Willard and Nancy Wright, Bill and Joleen Killinger, Mike Shutt, Mike Constantino, Ollie Walsh, John Renkus and Joyce L. Timmons. Minutes of last meeting were read by Joyce and ok’ed by Ollie and 2nd by Patty. Treasurer’s report was given by Mike with balance sheet handed out to all in attendance. Every thing up to date. There was more discussion on the transfer of lands to the Association from Bahrami. The opinion by majority; continue with legal action. Pool up-date by John. He stated that the building at the pool is in need of attention; roof, plywood. Bill has previously gotten estimate for roof, need to follow thru. John will be closing the pool for the season soon. Permit for dumpsters was mentioned and the decision by Ollie is to wait. To cut down on expense it was mentioned to have less trips per week by BFI, or to have only one dumpster. Revenue for the Association was discussed. This was that perhaps to charge a fee for the off season storage of boats in the area currently being used for that. Also, mentioned rental of side section of pool house for commercial use, if allowed by the county. Group to walk area behind tennis to size up job of clearning brush line to allow more storage area that would be off the drain field. Meeting was adjourned. Next meeting 1st Saturday in October.
