St Martins By The Bay Board Meeting August 5, 2006 Meeting was called to order by Ollie Walsh. The minutes were read and approved. Treasurer’s report was given. The numbers were approved. There was no outstanding bills as of time report was given. A motion was made to purchase a quicken program to maintain the format that was being used previously. Motion was 2nd by Joe Connors. Next was discussion of lands still to be turned over to Association by Bahrami. Joe Connors made motion to continue with legal action and was 2nd by Patricia Cleary. Meeting was adjourned. Next meeting 1st Saturday in September 10:00AM at Ollie’s.
