St Martins By The Bay Board Meeting 7/1/06 July Board meeting at Oliver Walsh home was called to order by Oliver Walsh and 2nd by Joe Connors. In attendance was Joe and Rosemary Connors, Bill and Joleen Killinger, Nancy Adcock, Craig Constantino, Patti Baglieri, Carol Wright, Bob and Ileen Kubeck, Pat Morrison, Geo Kemp, Patricia Cleary, Phil Young, John Renkus, Nancy Poret, Craig Pohland, J. Pracko, Jeff Stopford, Stephanie Nornes, Willard and Nancy Wright, Bob Turner, Carol Ferrante, Siamack Bahrami, Oliver Walsh, Robert Shutt, Joyce L Timmons. There were a few more who’s names I did not get. County Commissioner, Tom Cetola, was invited to speak and reiterated the concerns of boats on drain field. His opinion is the environmental people feel it is the wrong place for boats to be placed. Tom reminded us that we need permit for the dumpsters, also touched on the subject of some owners paying double for trash removal. Treasurer’s report by Bill Killinger. Figures to 6/30/06 – Total Income: $49,688. – Total expenses: $27,442.. There are seven CD’s at BB&T and First Shore Federal with an approximate balance of $30,000. – Accounts Payable: Sharp Water and Pool Service. The outstanding bill for stone to build up road to current dumpster location; motion was made by Joe Connors to pay this and was 2nd by OliverWalsh. Still outstanding are some HOA dues, and second installment due in September. There was a nomination of new members to the Board. They are: Stephanie Nornes, Craig Pohland, Patricia Cleary and Craig Constantino. This was 2nd by a majority. Next Oliver stated the necessity of more than one signature on the bank account. Now will have Secretary or President with Treasurer. Bahrami discussed the parcels of land that he is in agreement to turn over to the Association on the condition that the legal action be stopped. A committee was formed to work with Bahrami on this and to locate a more desirable site for the dumpsters. This committee is: George Kemp, Joe Connors, Patricia Cleary and Bob Kubeck. Bill Killinger had something he wanted to say in the form of a letter that he read stating the time and effort he has devoted to the community and his resignation from the Board.
