St Martin’s By The Bay Board Meeting June 10, 2006 The meeting was called to order by Jack Shook. Treasurer report was give by Bill Killinger. The general account has a balance of $25,191. plus a check in the amount of $500. to be deposited. The CD’s have a balance of $30,000. Accounts payables are: Sharp Water and Choptank Electric when meters are read. HOA dues are: 5 Owners who are in arrears with first installment and 16 Owners who have made part payments. The second installment is due in September. There will be a trash refund in the amount of $111.00, based on a monthly charge of $700.00. This took us to the reading, by Jack Shook, of a letter from Patricia Cleary ,LLC. The letter stated that she was hired by some of St Martin’s By The Bay Owners who wanted to retain her for the situation with the removal of the trash dumpsters. Joe Connors made a motion to have dumpsters returned and located behind tennis court. This was seconded By Ileen Koubeck. Jack Shook offered his position as President of the Board of St Martin’s By The Bay to the floor. Oliver Walsh accepted the offer and with a majority vote from the floor he has the seat vacated by Jack Shook. Joe Connors made a motion to proceed with the legal action against Bahrami. This was seconded by Oliver Walsh. Bill Killinger made a motion to adjourn meeting. Seconded by Oliver Walsh. Submitted by: Joyce L Timmons
