St. Martin’s By The Bay Board Meeting 4/8/06 Meeting was called to order by Jack Shook. Timmons. Discussed was correspondence Re; Bahrami from the Association attorney to Bahrami’s attorney. Plats of parcels to be turned over to the Association by Bahrami sent to Bahrami to be signed. John Renkus agreed to continue the maintenance of the pool and to get it ready to open for the 2006 season. A car on Marina Drive with old tags, and a boat in storage area that numbers had expired was brought up. Tags on car were to be checked and the numbers on the boat had been checked with the Owner being a “friend” of the new Owner of a townhouse on Marina Drive: Patricia Cleary. Bill Killinger gave a report on the account receivables. Still outstanding HOA dues and second installment due in September. No report on account payables. Meeting was adjourned.
