I, the undersigned, property owner of the designated property at the listed address (or addresses) below, hereby request Worcester County Commissioners consider the extension of public water to St Martins by the Bay. I understand by signing below, that I am simply expressing my interest in having public water to my property and that I am not obligated to any costs at this time. I further understand that if Worcester County receives a majority interest of the effective property owners to initiate a petition; I will have the opportunity at a later date to vote in favor or against the petition based on the estimated costs presented at that time.
