Marina Drive Septic Holding Tank Pump-Out Completion Date All homes were pumped by Atlantic Pumping (410 641 1617). They recommend the holding tank be pumped out every 3 years for two people living full-time in a home, and every 2 years for three to five people living full time in a home. The cost in 2016 was $205. If two homes at the same location schedule on the same day, each will receive a $15 discount. There is a 10% discount coupon on their website (www.atlanticpumping.com).
