NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the St. Martin’s by the Bay Homeowners’ Association will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Ocean Pines Library. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the following business and to hold elections for the directors for the 2016-2019 term.

• Review/Approval of Minutes from 2015 AGM
• Review/Approval minutes from last board meeting
• Budget review – 2015 fiscal year
• Presentation and Review of 2016 Budget
• Status of Delinquent Dues
• Pool Update and 2016 Plans
• Dock Update
• Septic Repair/Pump House Drain
• Insurance Claim update – hiring of public adjuster
• Old Business
• New Business
• Discuss/Vote: Change term of directors to staggered three year terms
• Approval of color scheme for exterior paint of townhouse units ELECTION of DIRECTORS
• Present candidates
• Verification of ballots submitted by mail
• Counting of valid ballots received by mail
• Count votes cast at meeting
• Election Results
• Adjournment of meeting VOTES MUST BE CAST IN PERSON OR BY MAIL, AND MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM ON FEBRUARY 13, 2016.
